cloudStudio is a development preview run by a small operator team. There is no support desk, ticket queue or published support address yet.
If you were invited to this preview, the person who invited you is the right first contact. They can reach the operators directly.
Things worth telling them about: a sign-in that fails with a message you did not expect, a studio that is missing from your list, a checkout that did not come back, or an invitation that will not accept.
Preview notice
This is a preview notice, not a final privacy policy. It describes what the preview does with your information today.
When you sign in, cloudStudio keeps the identifier, email address, name and profile picture that your sign-in provider shares. It keeps a record of which studios you belong to, your role in each, invitations sent to your address, and an audit trail of membership and billing actions taken in a studio.
Checkout and subscription management run in Stripe's sandbox. Stripe receives the studio name and your email address to create a test customer. No real payment is taken.
Sign-in is handled by WorkOS. Google, GitHub and Apple each show their own consent screen and their own policies apply to what they share.
A full policy will replace this notice before studios can be purchased for real.
Preview notice
This is a preview notice, not a commercial contract. Using the preview does not create a paid relationship with the operators.
The preview lets invited people sign in, set up studios, run a sandbox checkout with test cards, and manage members. Test hosting for a studio is authorized by the platform administrator and is limited in number and size.
The preview may change or go offline without notice. Records created during the preview may be reset. Nothing here is a guarantee of availability, capacity or future pricing.
Sign in only with an account you are entitled to use, and only accept invitations sent to your own address.
Full terms will replace this notice before studios can be purchased for real.
Platform administrator access is required.
This page is for the platform administrator only. Your studios are unaffected: go to Studios.
